Yes, Willow Run has an onsite maintenance team, and 24-hour emergency maintenance is available as well.

What is your pet policy?

Willow Run is a cat-friendly community. A maximum of two cats are allowed, with a pet agreement and fee required for each pet. Call our leasing office for more details.

Is there a fitness center?

Yes, there is an on-site fitness center. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a one-time fee of $50 for membership

How is rent paid?

Convenient online payment options are available. We have a free e-check option and accept credit card payments and cash payments via MoneyGram.

How much is the security deposit?

How do I apply for an apartment at Willow Run?

You can apply on our website at your convenience. Please note that we require a $25 application fee for all leasing applicants and a $10 application fee for any non-leasing applicants over 18. These fees will need to be paid before your application can be submitted.
